We are very honored that the The Detail Shop is hosting a fundraiser for the Library in honor of Mark Wendel, founder of the Detail Shop.

Yesterday marks the fourth anniversary of the passing of Mark Wendel, the founder of The Detail Shop.

As we reflect on Mark's life and the legacy he left behind, we wanted to take this opportunity to give something back to the community that has supported The Detail Shop and our family throughout the years.

The support of this community has helped us grow, and we will always be grateful for the friendships, encouragement, and loyalty we have received along the way.

In Mark's memory, we are proud to introduce the St. Marys Public Library Vehicle Sponsorship Program.

The library has been an important part of our community and has supported so many individuals and families over the years. Through this sponsorship program, we hope to bring local businesses and community members together to help support the library and the important work it continues to do.

We hope others throughout the area will consider joining us in giving back—just as this wonderful community has given so much to us.

In memory of Mark Wendel and with gratitude to the community that has supported our family throughout the years, we hope this project will continue the spirit of giving back and making a difference.

The Library wants to give a huge shoutout to the Holterback and Herzing families for the lemonade stand the girls held to raise money for the Children’s Room! The Lemonade Stand was held at Allegheny Motosports and co-sponsored by Becky’s Massage Studio. They were able to raise $540 for the library! Pictured is Leslie Swope, Lexy Herzing, Braelynn Herzing, Aubrey Herzing, Grace Holterback, Elizabeth Holterback, and Laelynn Holterback. Thank you ladies! You did an awesome job!
