Minutes: August 6th, 2026
Illustrious Brother JR Mease 33˚ led the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance and then Illustrious Brother David Lancey 33˚ gave the dinner blessing, after which dinner was served. The dinner was a steak dinner in honor of our 50 Year men.
Ill Bro Mease 33˚ then called the Open Meeting to order.
Ill. Bro. Mease then presented Dist. Bro. Jessie Morrison 32˚ KCCH with his completed Scottish Rite Passport.
Illustrious Brother JR Mease 33° Personal Representative thanked Bro Colby Palmer 32˚ and Ill Brother David Lancey 33˚ for a wonderful meal and thanked Bro. Gary Benefield for designing the placemats.
Ill Bro Mease 33˚ then thanked the Brothers for their response to the roof appeal thanks to their efforts the cost was covered.
Ill Bro Mease 33˚then presented Bro. Neil W. Coufal 32˚ (pinned by Mrs. Ryan Gerster and capped by Ill. Bro. Mease), Ill. Bro. Donald H. Griffin 33˚ (pinned by Mrs. Donald Griffin and capped by Bro. Griffin Hensen 32˚) and Dist. Bro. Steven R. Grossman 32˚ KCCH (Capped by Mrs. Steven Grossman and pinned by his daughter) with their 50-Year Pin and Certificate.
The other 50-year members who were not able to be present were Bro Michael D. Brown 32˚, Bro Ronald W. Clark 32˚, Bro Gary N. Davies 32˚, Bro James O. Davis 32˚, Bro. Toby A. Force 32˚, Bro. James L. Hudson 32˚, Bro. John R. Humbert 32˚, Bro. John L. Saunders 32˚, Bro. John F. Sprague 32˚, Bro. Charles F. Stendebach 32˚, and Bro. Oland J. Younger 32˚.
He then informed the brethren of the following important dates:
Open Meeting for UCP (Rite Care) Fundraiser – 09/03/2026
Regular Stated Meeting – 10/01/2027
Reunion Date – 10/17/2026
November Business Meeting (with Elections) and Executive Committee Meeting – 11/05/2026
Open Meeting with Annual Chili Cook-Off – 12/02/2026
Regular Meeting with Installation of Officers – 01/07/2026
Mrs. K. Porter Hensen won the 50/50 drawing and received $52.00 with the other half going to the Preservation Fund.
Ill. Bro. David Lancey 33° gave the closing prayer, and the Valley was closed in due form.
