FLAIRR has the opportunity to acquire former Amtrak 106 (RS3m) from a private owner in West Virgina. This locomotive was once the terminal switcher at the Amtrak Auto Train Station in Sanford, FL. It will join auto-train #3 on the St. Marys Railroad and be used to power Georgia Coastal passenger trains. We Have raised $5,000.00 towards our goal of $20,000.00 for purchase and repairs. Go to www.FLAIRR.org to make a donation.
