More art with heart from the lovely Telise Rodlev 🖼️

Laura shares her home with her mom and her son, and they each chose a piece that spoke to them. Laura had specifically requested an angel picture if possible, and Telise was able to fulfill her wish. Her son chose a painting that uses the colors of his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys!

Lauren chose a beautiful rose to complement her living room, which she painted dark blue and furnished with a pink sofa—how perfect is that? She also selected a whimsical painting for her daughter's pink bedroom, which we think is a beautiful fit as well.

We can't thank Telise enough for giving from her heart and creativity. Multiple generations are now enjoying her work! Art truly turns a house into a home.

42% of non-homeowners in the United States say they don't expect to own a home at some point in their life.

Read that again ⬆️...that's nearly half. And behind that number are real people - real people who could be our family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and maybe ourselves.

This is why we continue to build homes, advocate for affordable housing, and work to create a world where everyone has a decent place to live. To learn more about how Habitat St. Johns creates affordable paths to homeownership, visit www.habitatstjohns.org
