In recognition of Police Week Burden Bearer Chaplains provided lunch to the Russellville Police Department and the Logan County Sheriff's Office. Thank you to each officer and staff member at both departments for your dedication to our city and County.

The trip to the House of Love Orphanage in North Haiti has come to an end today as Mike Humble and Larry Richey travel home. The work continues forward as our director, Paule and staff care for 18 orphans. Mike and Larry would love to share with any group, church or organization about the work Agape has in Haiti. Mike's first mission trip to Haiti was in 1975, from there he developed a deep love for the people and the country of Haiti. Agape Ministry has been serving the Lord for many years in one of the poorest countries in the world.

Mike and Larry are currently in Haiti at our House of Love Orphanage. We have 18 children living in the House of Love! Ten of the children attend public school.

In Bangladesh, the brothel area children are not allowed to attend public school, because they do not have their father's last name. Agape Service Bangladesh holds tutorial classes for these children in the Brothel area where they live. The children learn math, reading, history & culture songs and dance. This is a reminder JESUS loves all the children no matter where they are born and raised.

Burden Bearer Chaplains recently attended Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training
provided by Lifeworks. The training focuses on teaching valuable interactive skills on talking with someone who maybe thinking of su***de.

Chaplains attending the training were
Larry Richey, Teresa Richey , Brandi Hembree, David Hembree, Mike Humble , Janice Humble and James Kenneth Greenfield.
