🎄 The new Kiwanis Club of Logan County is officially kicking off our first community project! 🎁

We know it’s short notice, but we just learned of the needs our Logan County FRYSC team has in order to complete Christmas for several children this year. Because of that, we’re stepping in and collecting donations to help make this season brighter for families right here at home.

We are seeking monetary donations, which can be dropped off at Independence Bank. Every contribution helps support the Logan County Schools Christmas Shops and ensures no child is left out this holiday season. ❤️

Help us welcome our newest charter member Cryslynn Brent. You too can join the Kiwanis Club of Logan County, Kentucky and help serve the children of our community. Tonight we had the organizational meeting of the Kiwanis Club of Logan County. We will have a chartering meeting/party in 10-12 weeks. We will be meeting on Wednesdays at 4:00. Next week we will meet in the Logan County Historical Courthouse. Officers were elected tonight as follows:
President - Stephen Stratton
VP/President-Elect - Robyn Crider
Secretary - Mary Cartlett
Treasurer - Kalei Wilkins
Membership Chair - Stacy Watkins
Board of Directors - Timothy Rainwaters, Stephanie Moore, Darrell Crawford
Thank you to the Kentucky-Tennessee District of Kiwanis Division 14 Lt. Governor Christopher Lanier for spreading the word about our meeting. We had members from Bowling Green, KY Kiwanis Club, Kiwanis Club of Hopkinsville, Kiwanis Club of Hilldale, Clarksville, and Kiwanis Club of Clarksville, TN (our sponsoring club). We are ready to serve the children of Logan County.

Be sure to listen in this Friday at 8:30 am when Christopher Lanier talks to Chris at WRUS about the new Kiwanis Club that is forming right here in Logan County. Check it out at 104.9 FM and 610 AM.

Chris is with the Kiwanis Club of Clarksville, TN, which is sponsoring our club, and he will also be serving as the new club’s coach. He is also the Lt. Governor of Division 14 in the Kentucky-Tennessee Kiwanis District.
