Ideas worth spreading At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection.

About TEDx, x = independently organized event

In the spirit of discovering and spreading ideas, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)

You’ve delivered the talk. Now what?

Your message has the power to open doors beyond the stage. From keynotes and podcasts to media, partnerships, books, and new business opportunities, there’s more you can do with one powerful idea.

Join us on October 29th at 6PM CDT for Beyond the Stage, an interactive virtual masterclass created by TEDx Coach Krizel Rodriguez - Krizel Rodriguez.

Krizel will help you clarify what you want to be known for, explore new opportunities, and create a 90-day plan for what’s next.

Your stage was a moment. Now it’s time to build on it!

Are you ready to go beyond the stage? Sign up using the link in our bio ⬆️

Masterclasses are loading!

Our coaches are showing up to add value for aspiring speakers, whether you apply to speak on one of our stages or not. These virtual, public-facing sessions are FREE and designed to help you grow as a speaker and strengthen your ideas. D'Janae Robinson Krizel Rodriguez Jinesha Jain | Storytelling and Carlton Inniss have some great things in store!

We’re kicking off 2027 with a 2-hour TEDx Speaker Readiness Masterclass with K. LaFleur-Anders to walk you through the application process and share the perspective of a TEDx organizer. Followed by a series of masterclasses with the team.

While there’s no secret formula for getting your idea selected, there are things you should consider before submitting your application. From understanding what curators look for to thinking critically about your idea and how it aligns with the TEDx platform, this session will help you approach the process with greater clarity and intention.

Whether you’re preparing to apply for a TEDx stage or simply want to become a stronger speaker, these masterclasses are for you.

🎟️ 15 TICKETS LEFT! 😱

The closer we get to the holidays, the closer we get to a room full of people ready to PLAY!

We’re officially counting down, and in just a little over three months, 20 speakers will grace the stage of Penfold Theatre Company for TEDxRound Rock Play on January 17th!

It’s going to be here before you know it.

So if TEDxRound Rock Play has been sitting on your “I’ll get my ticket soon” list, this is your sign. 👀

And here’s another idea: buy a ticket for someone else.

A TEDx experience makes a pretty great holiday gift for the curious person in your life. The thinker. The dreamer. The friend who’s always looking for their next big idea. The person who could use a little inspiration going into a new year.

🎁 Give them a ticket.
💡 Give them an experience.
✨ Give them a reason to PLAY.

🎟️ Get your ticket before we sell out!

🔴 What is TEDx?

TEDx events are independently organized, volunteer-led experiences designed to bring ideas to life within local communities. Behind every moment on stage, every detail in the room, and every connection made—there’s a dedicated team giving their time, energy, and heart to make it happen.

Unlike large-scale conferences, TEDx events are fully funded by the community. Every ticket purchased, every sponsorship secured, and every vendor fee paid directly contributes to creating an unforgettable experience.

Support the experience. Click the link in our bio to find out how.

What happens when you don’t just attend TEDx, but become part of the experience?

You listen.
You laugh.
You reflect.
You connect.
You see yourself in someone else’s story.
And maybe, you leave with a new question, a new idea, or the courage to rewrite something in your own life.

At TEDxRound Rock Women, the audience is a part of the energy that makes the experience come alive.

From the conversations before the program begins to the moments that move you during the talks, to the connections made long after the stage lights go down, we believe the audience is an important part of the story.

Because ideas worth spreading don’t stop at the stage. They move through people and spark conversations.
They inspire action, create connection, and become part of what we carry forward.

Through intentional exercises, practical strategies, and real-time application, you’ll learn how to:

✨ Maximize your stage presence
✨ Strengthen your delivery
✨ Connect with your audience

Today, we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage of the first responders and everyone who showed up for one another in the midst of unimaginable tragedy on September 11, 2001.

May we never forget the power of love, compassion, courage, and community. ❤️
