Today I am sharing something with you that I personally haven't shared publicly but chat within our family.

Everyone Meet Meagan Folmar, a dear family member - please go follow her and her story. It's been a journey like no other for her and her family.

Tomorrow, she heads to MD Anderson, carrying hope, courage, and the support of those who love her—both two-legged humans and four-legged Paws. Beside her is a senior rescue dog Violet, whose silver muzzle tells a story of resilience and survival. In many ways, they are reflections of one another: strong, faithful, and facing life’s challenges with grace.

Violet is more than a rescue dog, she is a true companion in more ways than you think. She brightens everyone's day by her presence, her energy is always positive and she absolutely knows how to love unconditionally. 💞

Violet still awaits her forever home but in the meantime she spreads love and we stand together in support of Gray for May, for sweet Meagan and all those going through it for Brain Cancer / Tumor Awareness 🙏🏽

We love you 🩶

We had a great play date with Ryder! He’s honestly just a really good, sweet puppy. He is Super handsome with that beautiful cinnamon coat and really pretty green eyes. We Love his personality! He’s cuddly, You can pick him up and hold him and he just relaxes right into you. He’s playful and would roll onto his back being all silly and cute so you can rub his tummy.

He did great with Pete and seemed to really enjoy having a buddy. I could see him doing really well with another balanced dog because he seems like the type that would just kind of follow their lead and learn from them.

He listens really well for his age.
Loved how he already sits for treats and you can tell he is being trained and loved by you guys

He’s also doing great with house manners. He had zero accidents, he naturally went to the door when he needed to go outside. Like you said, goes right into the kennel when it’s time to eat and just waits calmly for his food.

His coat is very short, really soft. Because his fur is so short, he seems like he’s so easy to keep clean.

After he plays, he settles down really nicely. After he was playing I just put my hand on his head and said - watch he is gonna fall asleep and sure enough he did in like 10 sec- he crashed right out- it was so cute…. he’ll relax and fall asleep right next to you, even with normal household noise going on. When he was sleeping I made a smoothie and the vitamix is loud and he didn’t care he just slept right through it

Overall he just feels like a really special dog. Sweet, cuddly, playful, clean, and very easy to love.

💜 Please watch this and let this sink in for a minute 💞

One we have a little senior girl named Dolly who in fact can walk outside on long leash with a martingale collar in back yard to potty. She also absolutely loves words of encouragement, you know being spoken to with kindness, love and patience 😍

Second, we have sweet Phoenix that when she is around small dogs , she becomes the most adorable loving big sister friend ever. 🥰

These two senior gals were never given the life they were meant to have prior but just look at this.

Gotta me teared up with joy 🥹

Dolly will be headed to foster with the beautiful Lori Seaton after her vet appointment tomorrow . 💜

Thank you Sara Arrindell for your gentle caring soul in fostering Phoenix while she await her forever home and keeping Dolly safe ❤️

Mental Stimulation & Enrichment are so important in the process of not only puppies but adults as well.

Those eyes.
That soft little smile.
The way he leans into love like he’s been waiting his whole life for someone to stay.

Pilot has been in rescue for a year and a half.
A YEAR AND A HALF.

Not because he isn’t good enough.
Not because he’s difficult.
Not because he needs “fixing.”

But somehow, the world just keeps scrolling past one of the sweetest souls we’ve ever known.

This boy is pure comfort. The kind of dog who melts into your hand when you pet him. The kind who lays his head on you after a long day like he knows your heart needs healing too. The kind who doesn’t ask for much — just love, safety, and someone to finally choose him forever.

While other dogs have come and gone, Pilot has stayed under foster care just waiting his turn

He still gets excited for cuddles and meeting people
Still carries around his favorite chew bone.
Still looks at people with hopeful eyes.
Still believes his person is out there.

Pilot is not “just another rescue dog that so saved "
He is someone’s once-in-a-lifetime best friend waiting to happen.

Offically meet Mildred aka Millie 💜

She breaks my heart 💔

She was found lying with the saddest eyes on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. People kept driving by thinking she was dead but she is not but not in a good shape as of now.

She is under weight, covered in huge ticks and fleas, one eye looks like the beginning of a cherry eye, leg on left side is showing lameness of discomfort. Body is covered in what appears to be ant bites. We were able to get to see Dr.Engle of Prestige Animal Wellness off of transport, immediately. Thank you 🙏🏽

We are waiting results for full blood work to know how to move forward , for now we got her a medicated bath and decompressing in emergency foster care. We will know more come Wednesday.

She needs alot of care so donations are needed, I can't express that enough that rescue only works with community support and fosters.

Officially meet Scout ❤️

Scout was found in aSouthwest of Dallas Proper after finding the Hound who people thought were deceased. The people that tried to help are 80 years young and knew they needed help and had no business trying to care for a skinny 8 week old puppy. So of course, we were not leaving either behind.

If you know anything about the rural areas, there is no help and even if you tried in the DFW area,every single shelter is a 3 day Kill Shelter.

Scout saw Dr. Engle today at Prestige Animal Wellness straight off of transport . Thank you for making time as always on a booked schedule to see us today. 🙏🏽

Scout is now in foster care where he is now flea and tick free, bathed and fed. His ribs are showing, so time for some groceries . They're not ready to adopt but but their hearts said YES to fostering , thank you Kiki Koch and Ashley Tumlinson. 🫶🏼

Thank you Gennet Moore-Baird for not hesitating to transport today, you all helped save a tiny 7 lb life 🫶🏼🥺🐾
