Secured in rescue

This little girl that has been on the streets for a couple weeks now in Jarrell- not sure how she made it without being hit but is now safely secured this evening via trap. We have had cameras and feeding stations out for days but wouldn't settle until tonight for a bowl of food.

Thank you for all who posted sightings which helped us track to safety.

October brings attention to three important causes:

🐾 Pit Bull Awareness Month β€” Breaking stereotypes, promoting responsible ownership, and advocating for dogs who are too often misunderstood and overlooked.

πŸ’œ Domestic Violence Awareness Month β€” Supporting survivors, raising awareness, and recognizing the importance of safety, compassion, and community resources for both people and their pets.

πŸŽ€ Breast Cancer Awareness Month β€” Honoring those fighting, remembering those we’ve lost, and encouraging education, early detection, and continued support.

At Pawliska Rescue and Reunite, we believe awareness is more than a ribbon, a color, or a designated month. It’s an opportunity to start conversations, challenge misconceptions, support one another, and turn compassion into action.

This cute guy keeps getting over looked and honestly I don't know why- really sad.
