Hill Country Community Ministries is seeking Volunteer Case Managers to serve Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
You'll help individuals and families by completing intakes, creating budget worksheets, and connecting them with community resources and referrals that can move them toward greater stability.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research and has a heart for serving others.

Last week two powerful earthquakes struck Venezuela, measuring 7.2 and 7.5 in magnitude causing widespread destruction as buildings collapsed and people were trapped under rubble. At least 1,400 people have died and over 3,000 are injured, with thousands still missing.
These are international organizations that are helping those in need of urgent critical aid in Venezuela:

Donate to World Central Kitchen
World Central Kitchen is working with local restaurants and their employees to set up kitchens and deliver fresh meals. It is serving hot food to affected families and first responders.

Save the Children
Save the Children works with local partners to assess needs and support affected children and families.

Venezuela | The IRC
The International Rescue Committee is working with local partners to support affected communities. It is delivering urgent humanitarian assistance, including essential relief items and medical supplies.

So far, only 6 people have signed up to walk with us in the Round Rock Fourth of July Parade. We’d love to have a bigger crowd showing our Pride!
We will arrive early to decorate the jeep and everyone will be walking behind it. Knowing how many people plan to join us helps us decide what decorations, giveaways, and supplies to bring (or not bring).

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Helping vendors set up in the morning

We especially need volunteers for our morning shift (7:00–11:00 AM)! This is the perfect time to volunteer because you can beat the Texas heat and get your shift completed before the hottest part of the day.
