🎃 Pumpkin Patch Appreciation & Giving Back 🎃

We were honored to recognize the incredible cadets of Stony Point NJROTC. at their Christmas Party for their steadfast service during the 2025 Pumpkin Patch season.

👏 Cadet Haven Burke received the 2025 Pumpkin Patch MVP Award in recognition of outstanding leadership and dedication.

💛 Cadet Eli Barnes accepted a $1,500 Pumpkin Patch stipend check on behalf of the Stony Point NJROTC Booster Club, supporting the continued growth and success of their program.

Thank you to the Stony Point NJROTC cadets and leaders for showing up time and again—especially during the busiest unload days. Your hard work, teamwork, and service made a meaningful impact, and we are so grateful for your partnership!

🎃 Pumpkin Patch Giving Back 🎃
Because of the incredible support from our community, the proceeds from this year’s Pumpkin Patch were able to generate an $8,000 donation to the Hutto Resource Center, helping support vital services for families and individuals right here in our community. 💛

This patch is truly a labor of love — built by the hands, hearts, and faith of our volunteers, parishioners, and community. From unloading every pumpkin by hand to greeting families, running games, and spreading smiles, your dedication makes this ministry thrive year after year.

Just 3 days left to grab your pumpkins before the patch closes! 🎃
We’re open 12 PM–dark with carving, baking, and decorating pumpkins waiting to go home with you. Huge thanks to the Stony Point JROTC and parish volunteers who unload every pumpkin by hand! We have plenty to choose from!

🎃 Pumpkin Palooza is Tomorrow — Rain or Shine! 🎃

We can’t wait to celebrate with you at St. Richard’s Episcopal Church!
Join us today (Saturday, October 25) from 1–5 PM for Pumpkin Palooza — now taking place indoors inside the Parish Hall, so the fun continues rain or shine!

Enjoy games, crafts, food, face painting, prizes, a petting zoo, and $1 popcorn, plus 10 free game tickets for every attendee.

Then stick around for Trunk-or-Treat at 6:30 PM in the back parking lot — bring your costumes and enjoy an evening of community fun and treats while supplies last!

🌻 Don’t forget to stop by the Pumpkin Patch while you’re here! We’ve just received a fresh unload of pumpkins from the farm in New Mexico, with a great variety of sizes and colors perfect for decorating or carving.

All proceeds from the patch benefit local charities and programs including:

🎃 Every Penny of Kindness Adds Up 🎃

When a volunteer at the St. Richard’s Pumpkin Patch asks if you’d like to “round up” your pumpkin purchase, that spare change truly makes a difference. 💛

We’re fortunate to partner with incredible pumpkin farmers from the Navajo Reservation in the Four Corners region of New Mexico. Once their well-earned profits are paid for the pumpkins, every dollar rounded up goes directly back into our community — helping us live out the mission behind this ministry.

Your generosity through rounding up helps us:

Fill shelves at the Round Rock Area Serving Center food pantry

Provide preschool scholarships for families at St. Richard’s

Cover Kairos Prison Ministry retreat fees for participants in need

Offer hope and resources to women and children through Hope Alliance

Help a neighbor purchase glasses through the Hutto Resource Center

Support St. Richard’s Youth Group on mission trips that teach faith, service, and compassion

These proceeds help fund preschool scholarships, giving local families access to a faith-based early education rooted in love, learning, and community. 💛

🎃 Pumpkin Palooza is Happening Rain or Shine! 🎃

Grab your costumes, your family, and your fall spirit — Pumpkin Palooza is still on this Saturday, October 25 at St. Richard’s Episcopal Church in Round Rock!

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, no worries — all the fun will move inside the Parish Hall, so the celebration goes on no matter what!

🗓 Saturday, October 25
🕐 1:00–5:00 PM
📍 St. Richard’s Episcopal Church
1420 E. Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock
(That’s the “pumpkin church” on Highway 79 with the big red doors!)

🍁 Enjoy:
• Games for all ages – pumpkin bowling, sack races, putt-putt, ring toss & more
• Crafts & face painting
• Petting zoo and prizes
• Food and refreshments available all afternoon
• Popcorn for just $1!
• Each attendee receives 10 free game tickets, with more tickets available for purchase during the event

🎃 Don’t Miss: Trunk-or-Treat at 6:30 PM!
Costumes encouraged, candy guaranteed! After the Palooza wraps up, we’ll clear the Parish Hall to make way for Trunk-or-Treat fun right after.
