UPDATE:
Yesterday, we announced the availability of $625,000 in grants available for WNC residents impacted by Hurricane Helene, with $1,000 available for each qualifying household. Applications are taking place in person at 21 Restaurant Ct, Asheville, NC 28805 on Thursday, October 31, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Trained volunteers will be assisting applicants through the process.

Who Qualifies:
▪️Homeowners who have suffered damage to their primary residence. Damages must be to the house.
▪️Renters who have been displaced and have signed a new lease or incurred hotel expenses.
