When you choose short-term rehab at Rochester Rehabilitation Center, our specialist-led care team collaborates with you and your physician to develop an individualized rehab therapy plan designed to help

you reach your highest levels of health and independence. Within The Prairie at Rochester Rehabilitation & Living Center, people with memory loss experience a structured schedule of personalized daily care and activities, along with the comforts of home. Long-term care residents enjoy individualized care, life enrichment and an array of amenities and conveniences. Our compassionate and empathetic staff are skilled in caring for older adults and dedicated to nurturing your positive emotional health. Empathy and personal attention are at the core of how we help residents feel cherished, and at home. The Rochester Rehabilitation & Living Center approach to care grows out of our respect for the human spirit, and the belief that the right to dignity doesn’t diminish with age. Our philosophy can be summed up simply: we care for those we serve like we’d care for members of our own family.
