NAWIC Northeast Region Fall Conference is almost here!

November 11, 2026 12:00 AM EST to November 13, 2026 11:59 PM ESTThe Northeast Region is bringing our fall forum to Rochester! Registration is officially open for the 2026 NAWIC Northeast Region Fall Conference, happening November 11th – 13th at the Hyatt Regency Rochester. We’re bringing the Northeast Region together for three days of connection, learning, and time with members from chapters across our region. If you’ve been to a regional event before or not and have been wanting to go, this is your chance!

Here’s what to plan for: We’ll officially kick off the Fall Conference with our Welcome Reception from 5:00–7:00 PM. Thursday, November 12th: Plan for a full day of conference programming, followed by dinner together Thursday evening. Program and agenda will be announced soon! Friday, November 13th: We’ll reconvene for a half-day of programming and conclude by 12:00 PM, giving everyone time to travel home. Early Bird Registration ends October 15th! Register early, save your spot, and give yourself one less thing to remember as November gets closer.

This week our chapter visited Dandelion Acres Goat Therapy for a relaxing evening petting goats and networking. Their farm is great for small groups looking to connect and get away from the day to day of busy life. Thank you Agape Haven of Abundance Inc. for joining us for this fun event!

Last night we awarded our 2026 Pat Hynes scholarship awards to our recipients. For those that were able to attend and receive you award in person, thank you so much for being here! Alexis Hinkley-Maier Shantiqua Johnson, Kayla Lomedico, Olivia Ludwig, Jaelyn Benjamin - Wilson , Brooklyn Jamison, Claire Butcher Oluwajedalo Makindipe. Thank you to Emily Orr, our scholarship chair, for all of your hard work on this committee.

We also presented our slate of 2026-2027 officers. Thank you to this entire group that makes this organization able to complete our mission of promoting women in construction !
