We are excited to welcome Rebecca Macfarlane as Leadership Rochester’s new Part-Time Executive Assistant.
In this role, she will support the day-to-day operations of Leadership Rochester and help us stay connected with our class members, alumni, partners, and broader community.

As Leadership Rochester continues to strengthen our programs and deepen our engagement across the Greater Rochester community, we are excited to have Rebecca join us on the journey.

We are excited to welcome an incredible group of leaders representing organizations and communities from across the Greater Rochester region.

Over the next 10 months, these leaders will learn together, challenge perspectives, build meaningful relationships, and deepen their understanding of the people, systems, opportunities, and challenges shaping our community.

Each brings a unique perspective to the experience and together, they are the Leadership Rochester Class of 2027.

What a wonderful time spent on
WXXI’s Connections Show with Evan Dawson !

Leadership Rochester Executive Director, Camille Simmons(LRClass of 2015),was joined by alumni Wanda Ridgeway (LRClass of 2024) Executive Director of ChiseledMindz, and Sergeant Justin Collins(LRClass of 2025) of the Rochester Police Department, for an important conversation on addressing community violence.

Together they explored the power of spheres of influence and the critical role of partnerships, presence, and relationships in creating safer, stronger communities. A great reminder that everyone has a role to play, from credible messengers to law enforcement, as meaningful change begins when we each use our influence to make a difference.

Grateful for the opportunity to share, listen, and continue building connections that move our community forward.

Join us for an informative VIRTUAL SESSION to learn more about the 2027 Signature Program and discover how this premier community leadership experience can help you grow as a leader while expanding your understanding of the Greater Rochester community.

During this session, participants will:

✅Learn about the purpose and structure of the Leadership Rochester Signature Program.
✅Gain an overview of the program experience, including monthly program days, leadership development, and community engagement opportunities.
✅Review the program tuition and application process.
✅Understand what is expected of participants throughout the program year.
✅Have the opportunity to ask questions and determine whether the program is the right fit for their leadership journey.
