Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for healing and recoveryβ€”To help individuals rediscover their inner strength and resilience through fun, fitness and sober social connection. We are a not-for-profit community-based social care provider bringing fi

tness and non-fitness based classes and events as well as peer recovery support services to individuals with SUD in our community. All of our programs are free and open to ANYONE with at least 48-hours of continuous sobriety. We welcome friends, family members and ANYONE who chooses to live a sober lifestyle.

Ready to start your running journey? Whether you’ve never run before, are getting back into movement, or have a goal of completing your first race β€” this program is for YOU πŸ’œ

Our Couch to 5K / 10K program is designed with beginners in mind and will build all summer long as we work toward the 12th Annual ROCovery Run/Walk and X-Challenge! Presented by Wegmans & Owen's Point, September 13th!

Join Anthony, who will be leading 2 out of the 3 weekly meetups while starting his own running journey too. That’s what makes this special β€” everyone starts somewhere, and we can all start together.

We’re also excited to have Cody β€” a returning Couch to 5K/ 10k veteran and running enthusiast β€” leading our Thursday evening runs and helping encourage participants every step of the way πŸ₯³

This morning started with the hero WOD Murph β€” first timers pushing themselves alongside those who’ve turned this workout into a yearly tradition πŸ’ͺ🏾

Big thanks to Jamie for joining us for assisted stretching and mobility work, helping everyone recover and feel their best afterward. We loved having her with us!

We wrapped up the day with a cookout filled with incredible food, sunshine, laughter, connection, and community β˜€οΈ
