A big thank you to our friends at Robert Young’s Auto & Trucks for donating snacks to help fuel our Club kids during Summer Camp!

Summer days at the Club are full of learning, playing, exploring and making memories, and healthy snacks help keep our kids energized and ready for the next activity.

We are so grateful for community partners who see a need and step in to support our Club members in such a thoughtful way.

Throwing it back to an incredible day on the course at the Delta Dental Pro-Am for Kids! ⛳

Two weeks later, we are still feeling grateful for the sponsors, golfers, pros, volunteers and friends who helped make this year’s tournament such a meaningful event for Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Virginia.

The Pro-Am is always more than a day of golf. It is a chance for our community to come together in support of the kids and teens who count on our Clubs for safe spaces, caring mentors and opportunities to grow.

New course, same Fourth of July tradition! 🇺🇸🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The 15th Annual Four on the 4th Race/Walk is back in Vinton, and this year’s course has a fresh new route for 2026 as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday together.

The race will start and finish near the Vinton Farmers Market, bringing runners, walkers, families and community members right into the heart of Vinton for a fun and meaningful Independence Day morning.

Whether you are racing for time, walking with friends, bringing the family or joining us for the first time, this is the perfect way to kick off July 4th while supporting Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Virginia.

Yesterday, our CEO, Rebekah Meadows, was honored to accept a generous check from the Town of Vinton, presented by the Mayor and Town Council.

We were also grateful to have Allie Thompson, our Vinton Club Unit Director, in attendance for this special moment. Support from the Town of Vinton directly impacts the youth we serve in Vinton and helps us continue providing safe spaces, caring mentors, and meaningful programs after school and during the summer.

We are thankful for community leaders who believe in our Club members and continue to invest in great futures right here in Vinton.
