☀️ Father's Day weekend is almost here, and our Outreach Team is excited to be part of the Fatherhood Picnic hosted by the Montgomery County, Ohio Fatherhood Initiative!

🎓✨ They did it! ✨🎓

Please join us in celebrating the Promise Scholars Class of 2026!

This week, we had the privilege of recognizing an incredible group of early childhood professionals who reached a major milestone in their educational journeys. Through hard work, determination, and a commitment to lifelong learning, these scholars have earned an achievement that will positively impact not only their own futures, but also the futures of the children and families they serve every day.

The Promise Scholars Program was created to strengthen the early childhood workforce by supporting educators as they pursue higher education and professional growth. Each graduate represents the power of investing in those who help our youngest learners thrive.

A special thank you to Dr. Alonzo Patterson of Dayton Children's Hospital for serving as our keynote speaker and helping us celebrate this remarkable accomplishment. We are also grateful to Dr. Tennille Love and Catherine Rauch for their unwavering dedication to supporting our scholars throughout their journeys.

Connection. Reflection. Growth. 🌟

Earlier this month, Preschool Promise partner site teachers participating in the PLC (Professional Learning Community) “Teaching with the Heart in Mind” shared their learning through engaging poster sessions focused on Conscious Discipline strategies, emotional regulation, and relationship-centered classroom practices.

These presentations highlighted the incredible work educators are doing to intentionally create calm, safe, and connected learning environments while continuing to grow in their own practice. We’re grateful to support our providers and teachers through meaningful professional learning opportunities that strengthen high-quality preschool and early childhood education across our community. 📚🍎
