Through collaboration with IE Connect and regional industry partners, LAUNCH is connecting students to high-demand careers in automotive, healthcare, advanced manufacturing and more.

Through teamwork, we have:
✅ Supported 2,493 registered pre-apprentices this year (72% increase)
✅ Created pathways for emergency medical services and public safety, with 500+ participants
✅ Installed programs like the Summer Apprenticeship Bridge Program, preparing students for their next steps.
