Our new Chief Clinical and Program Officer, Melissa was at ASHA Capitol Hill Day! It is an incredible opportunity to meet with Texas legislators and their staff, represent the speech-language pathology profession, and advocate for the therapists, children, families, and communities we serve.

We talked about reimbursement, access to care, and supporting the future of the speech-language pathology and audiology professions. Bringing our perspective to Capitol Hill helps legislators better understand the impact of proposed legislation on their constituents and the people we serve.

Since joining The Warren Center in 2014, Jenna has helped shape our clinic program while bringing compassion, creativity, and expertise to every family she serves. Our team came together to collect peanut butter for the North Texas Food Bank's annual Peanut Butter Drive, helping provide a nutritious, kid-friendly staple to our neighbors facing hunger.

On National Translation Day, we’re celebrating our interpreters who help bridge language barriers and make meaningful connections possible between our families and therapy teams.

Their work helps families better understand their child’s services, share their questions and concerns, and be an active part of their child’s journey.
