We’re celebrating! 🎉 PVE PTA has earned Texas PTA’s Good Standing recognition and a spot in the 100 Club Difference Maker Club for 2026–2027!

These achievements reflect the care, time, and support our PVE families and staff pour into our school community. Thank you for showing up, pitching in, and helping make a difference for our Hawks. We’re so proud to be part of this nest! 💚💜💛

What’s the best thing to do on a long weekend?? HELP YOUR CLASS WIN!

🦅 HAWKS, LET’S SOAR! Our PTA Membership Drive is up and running!

From October 6–31, we’re challenging our Prairie View classes to see who can earn the most PTA memberships—and there’s a pretty sweet prize on the line! 🍧

🏆 The TOP 3 classes with the most memberships will win KONA ICE!

Joining is only $11.50, and every membership helps the PTA continue supporting our students, teachers and Prairie View community. 💜💚💛

And guess what? Students can join the PTA too! We’ll be announcing some special VIP perks soon just for our student members! 👀⭐️

How to participate:

1️⃣ Join the PTA at joinpta.org
2️⃣ After joining, fill out the Google Form so your child’s class gets credit —> https://forms.gle/TFydYs5F6byecSfx9
3️⃣ Share with grandparents, family and friends—they can join and credit your child’s class too!

Who will make it into the top three? Let the competition begin! 🎉

The lounge is stocked with snacks and drinks for our teachers this week during their late nights holding parent teacher conferences! THANK YOU for helping us make this happen. It’s not too late - drop a snack off in the office and we’ll be refilling it all week!

Your partnership makes PVE the place to be!

It’s national custodians appreciation day! Our school is kept clean and running by the best of the best and they all play an integral part of making sure our kiddos learn in a safe environment! We are so thankful for them all! We stopped by with a little treat for our team today! 🫶

🎉 WE DID IT, HAWKS!! 🎉

We officially reached $10,000, which means Mrs. Bomar’s whipped-cream-pies-to-the-face challenge is UNLOCKED! 🥧😂 Sorry, Mrs. Bomar—the Hawks have spoken!

But the race isn’t over yet! Ms. Harper’s kindergarten class and Ms. Barry’s first-grade class are still neck and neck for the ice cream social—and the winning teacher gets her duties covered for the day! 🍦🏁

Today is technically the final day of our fundraiser…but we asked Dexter, and he promised he won’t peek at the final totals until Monday. 👀🦖

That means there’s still time to share those fundraising pages, send those texts and keep reading! Who will scoop the win?

Final results coming Monday! 💚💜💛

Keep working hard!!!
