Yesterday two buses filled with our seniors left Yankee Trails for a fun filled day in Lake George. They enjoyed a beautiful cruise of Lake George on the Lac De Saint Sacrement, lunch buffet, and entertainment.

A trip to Lake George would not be complete without a stop at Martha's for some delicious ice cream.

In addition to our regular activities today, we had guests join us from CDPHP and The Community Hospice.

CDPHP visits monthly to give information and talk individually to any of our members that have questions or need assistance.

Erica Connell, RN, The Community Hospice did a small presentation and shared some very valuable information with our members.

Thank you to CDPHP and The Community Hospice for helping to keep our seniors informed.
