We have two different groups with two different adoption dates, so please read carefully! ❤️ all
Kittens are 8-14 weeks old!

After a VERY busy summer, The Biggest Little Cat Rescue is taking a short break! We’re using this time to finish getting our new rescue area ready and to take a much-needed short vacation. 🐱💕

But don’t worry… MORE KITTENS ARE COMING! 🎉

💙 IF THEIR NAME STARTS WITH A “T” — AUGUST 29th

If the kitten’s name starts with the letter T, they are currently scheduled to be available for adoption on:

📅 Saturday, August 29th

⏰ The exact time will be posted closer to the date.

This date is subject to change depending on how everything goes with their spay/neuter appointments.

💗 IF THEIR NAME STARTS WITH AN “E” — SEPTEMBER 2nd

If the kitten’s name starts with the letter E, they are currently scheduled to be available for adoption on:

📅 Wednesday, September 2nd

Our TWO ADULT CATS will also be available with the E group on September 2nd.

Again, this date is subject to change depending on how everything goes with their spay/neuter appointments.

🐾 COMING SOON — MEET BEANS & FIZZGIG! 🐾

Sometimes we post our adult cats before they even arrive in our care. Why?

Because finding the right home for an adult cat can take time, and we want to give them every opportunity to find that perfect match. ❤️

🐱 Meet Beans — Female
🐱 Meet Fizzgig — Male

Both are described as friendly and sweet, and we already know that Fizzgig likes dogs! 🐶❤️🐱

📅 Available for adoption September 2nd (subject to change)

Before adoption, both will be:
✨ Spayed/neutered
✨ Microchipped
✨ Vaccinated

This is all the information we have on them right now. We will continue to update their profiles as we learn more, including their ages, which will be determined at their veterinary appointments.

Potential adopters get so upset about this! They want what they want however, what about the kittens well being?

DID YOU KNOW…
SINGLE KITTENS ARE THE #1 RETURNED ANIMAL?!?

Kittens do best with other kittens!
Taking them away from their moms too soon can cause some serious kittenzilla symptoms! They really need to interact with other kittens to learn appropriate play behavior. The majority of cats are social creatures and do best with other cats. It is one thing if you are going to adopt an adult cat, who is known to prefer being alone. If you are adopting a kitten though, please consider adopting two together! They do so much better in pairs.

Symptoms of Single Kitten Syndrome:
- Acting like a kittenzilla
- Being destructive
- Crying/constant meowing
- Scratching
- Biting
- Aggression
- Lack of sleep
- More time spent training
- and more.

🚨 Adoption Update 🚨

Due to the fire in Cold Springs, we will not be taking kittens to PetSmart Sunday.

It has been a very stressful evening for everyone—including the cats so we need a day or two to regroup!
