Your skills don’t stay in one job. They move with you.

Transferable skills are the strengths you already have that apply across industries and roles. Whether you’re changing careers, re-entering the workforce, or exploring something new, these skills help connect your experience to your next opportunity.

Communication, organization, relationship building, and attention to detail are just a few examples employers look for in every field.

The key is knowing how to show them. Start with the job description, match your skills to what the employer needs, and highlight them in your resume, cover letter, and interview.

Your experience already counts. Now it’s about making it clear.
