October 8 is National DAF Day—a great reminder that funds you've already set aside for charitable giving can be put to work supporting the causes that matter to you.
If you have a donor-advised fund, consider recommending a grant to the Parkinson Support Center of Northern Nevada.

Your gift helps PSCNN provide education, support programs, Parkinson's-specific exercise, community connections, resource navigation and advocacy for people affected by Parkinson's throughout Northern Nevada.

💙 The Movement Fair wasn’t just about learning—it was about MOVING!

One of our favorite things about our 5th Annual Movement Fair was seeing people get out of their chairs and experience firsthand some of the ways movement can support people living with Parkinson’s.

From reaching and coordination to getting those arms moving, our 5th Annual Movement Fair was filled with opportunities to try something new, ask questions, and discover ways to keep moving.

A huge thank you to our presenters, exhibitors and community partners who made the day so interactive—and to everyone who jumped in and gave it a try!

💙 WOW. What a day.💙

Our 5th Annual Parkinson’s Movement Fair brought our Northern Nevada Parkinson’s community together in a way that reminded us exactly why this event matters.

The rooms were full. The conversations were meaningful. People explored new technologies and resources, asked questions, learned from experts, moved together, connected with one another—and discovered possibilities they may not have known existed.

Five years ago, we could only imagine what the Movement Fair might become. This year, we outgrew our previous home and moved to the Reno-Sparks Convention Center—and seeing it filled with people living with Parkinson’s, care partners, families, healthcare professionals, community partners and volunteers was incredibly special.

Thank you to everyone who attended, presented, exhibited, sponsored, volunteered and helped spread the word. You made this day possible.

And most of all, thank you to our Parkinson’s community for continuing to show us what can happen when we come together. 💙

No one should have to face Parkinson’s alone.
