The Templar Crusaders MC are thinking about putting together a LE Support golf tournament.
One of ours, works at Eagle Valley Golf course in Carson City. We're wondering who would be interested in joining....and recommendations for receiving the proceeds.

For riders, every ride is about awareness. For drivers, every decision matters. Stay alert. Stay patient. Let’s get everyone home safely.

Kyle Petty is currently doing his RIDE ACROSS AMERICA for charity!
He will be passing through OUR area on FRIDAY around 11:30. They will be riding Highway 50 from Lake Tahoe to Ely ( passing through Carson City and Silver Springs with a gas stop in Fallon.)
WE are planning to join in and ride WITH the procession!! From Silver Springs to Fallon!!
The best area to wait for the procession to pass by is in Silver Springs, just North of the traffic circle nearest 95A. ( NOT USA Pkwy)
Meet there between 1100-1115. We are estimating the procession group will ride through between 1130-1145.

The plan is to wait for the group to come through town down by the traffic circle and then we can slide in behind them. The actual group is full of registered riders, so we should stay separated from that group behind them.

We will have to be mindful of others doing the same thing from other locations between Sacramento and Silver Springs so there will probably be other various groups of bikes and cages trailing.

At Fox Peak Station in Fallon, Kyle Petty will be doing a “meet-n-greet” with merchandise for sale. (they only accept cash or check) T-shirts are listed at $20 and they will also have hats and other items available.

Once leaving Fallon, they will be heading east on Highway 50 towards Ely for the night. (I don't know if they are planning to stop for food before arriving in Ely like at Middlegate but that wouldn't surprise me if they decided to do that. )

It should be a fun time. Kyle does this each year taking different routes across the country. It would be great for us to have a large group greeting them to Northern Nevada!
