Snap! 🤦‍♀️ No pics from our Paint Chip Challenge projects at the May meeting 📸, BUT you can get your quilt fix and see our challenge projects at our Quilt Celebration 2026 on August 7th at the Osceola County Fairgrounds 🎉! and be inspired by the masterpieces that showcase the power of imagination.

Show and Tell was a testament to the power of community, with Linda's Jelly Roll Race Quilt being the shining star, June's shirt making a fashion statement, and Terri's "after quilt" showing sustainable spirit isn't boring. 🤗

Next up, it's time for our Annual Picnic! June 23rd. Bring a dish to share (we've got the essentials covered, aka the important stuff: plates, forks, and napkins 🎉) Get ready for an evening of connection, play, and celebration 🎉 at the Reed City Church of the Nazarene, 5300 S 220th Ave, Reed City, MI, 49677. Get ready to dust off your sewing machine and join us for our All Day Sew event, returning on June 27th after a short hiatus in May! 🎉 From 9am to 5pm, bring your sewing project and get ready to sew up a storm with fellow sewing enthusiasts. 🌪️ For just $5, you'll not only have a fun-filled day of sewing, but you'll also be supporting a great cause - all proceeds will go towards the Needs Pantry. 🛍️

At our last meeting three Quilts to Comfort were shown. They are ready for the cancer center. Marlene's is from our program night in Feb: Jelly Roll Race, Melissa's is her own pattern, and Liz is using up her scraps in great looking quilts.

The next Charity Sew Day is a week away on June 9. 9am-3pm. 3 yard quilts make a great size for the Quilts to Comfort quilts. Bring your sewing machine and supplies to make one. Location: Reed City Church of the Nazarene, 5300 S 220th Ave, Reed City, MI, 49677.

Get ready to connect with fellow quilters! 🎉 The Crossroads Quilt Guild meeting is just around the corner, taking place on May 26, 2026, at the Reed City Church of the Nazarene. Make sure to arrive around 6pm to catch up with friends, share stories, and enjoy some quality fellowship time before the meeting starts at 6:30pm. 🕰️

Our April program focused on the essential topic of scrap management, where we shared a hints and tips to help keep the byproduct of creating beautiful quilts under control and inspire the creative process. From clever storage ideas to repurposing scraps into new projects, we covered it all! 🧵

The guild is also gearing up for its highly anticipated 2026 Quilt Celebration show on August 7th. 🏵️ The raffle quilt, Rainbow Ribbons, is truly striking, and tickets are available for purchase from guild members or at Juneberry Cottage, located at 220 N Main Street, Evart, MI. Don't miss your chance to win this stunning quilt while supporting a great cause, as the funds from the raffle go towards the Quilts to Comfort program, a wonderful initiative sponsored by the guild. ❤️

Saturday was a very lovely day. Ten wonderful sewing attend the all day sew.
Our next Saturday all day sew we be in June.

Quilt Alert! 🚨 Kim showed a vintage quilt from an antique shop in FL that's giving us major Bicentennial vibes, but no label to prove it 🤔. Lesson here: Be sure to label your quilts.
Meanwhile, Veronica and Paulette showed off their mystery finishes, and we saw a shop hop score 🛍️.

Jelly Roll Race quilts/tops took over the room! We can't wait to see everyone else's quilt from our February program night. This month, we're tackling the ultimate challenge: scrap management 🤯. April 28, 6pm at Reed City Church of the Nazarene. Come share your secrets on how to keep it all from getting out of control 😂!

Spreading hope and comfort, one quilt at a time! 🌟 This month, four quilts from our Quilts to Comfort program will bring joy to the Susan P Wheatlake Cancer Center.

Want to make a difference in your community? Plan to join us in April 14 for our next Charity Sew Day. 9am-3pm.

And, mark your calendars for the 2026 Quilt Celebration Show on Aug 7, 2026, where the other three shown will shine in the Guild's Program and Challenge Exhibit, inspiring positive change in our community! 💕 They will be donated to the Quilts to Comfort program then.
