BrightSide Animal Center is a high-save shelter focused on reducing pet homelessness and euthanasia, through adoption placement, foster care and spay and neuter services to reduce pet overpopulation. Each animal that enters through our back receiving door deserves the chance to leave through our front door with a secure future. The BrightSide Animal Center Thrift Store and Bottle & Can donation program are focused on supporting the mission with your donations, purchases and volunteer time.

Your bottles and cans can do a whole lot more than take up space in your garage! Every bag donated to the BrightSide Thrift Store bottle & can program helps fund really important programs at the shelter. A few bags of cans might not seem like much but to the animals at BrightSide, it adds up to a whole lot.💙

But this program only works because of our incredible volunteers, and right now we could really use more helping hands! We’re looking for volunteers to:
🚛 Help with bottle & can pick ups
♻️ Sort cans and bottles

Want to donate your cans and bottles instead? We have made it easy! Drop them off at one of our collection locations and help turn recyclables into lifesaving care.

🐶 BrightSide Barket! Saturday, April 4th | 12–4pm
