At the conclusion of each Evensong, Herr Kappelmeister Jeffrey Rickard graces us with an impromptu piano piece incorporating the melodies we just sang. We had finished last evening with “Go Forth Into the World in Peace”. Getting a o hear these is one of my favorite parts of being in this Ensemble, and the piano’s new position created an opportunity (forgive the weird angle).

Gearing up for today’s Choral Evensong. The new piano has a new place of honor amongst us, mostly because there is nowhere else to squeeze it in. 🎹🎼🎶🎵🍪
