Last week, Mykaela and Jeimmy from the RiseUp Partnership team attended the 2026 StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network Convening in Baltimore. This one-of-a-kind event brings together local and national leaders who are creating better outcomes and more economic opportunities for young people.

Mykaela and Jeimmy led a presentation where they shared what they’re learning about building collective work in rural communities.

RiseUp Partnership is looking for parents, caregivers, and neighbors to join our Parent Advocate Cohort (PAC)!

PAC members work together to grow as self-advocates and transform our community through lived experience and family-centered policies.

PAC participants receive a free meal at each meeting, $10 gas cards or tokens for transportation, and the opportunity to earn a total of $200 in gift cards.

Approximately 23.5 million American adults consider themselves in recovery from a substance use problem.

September is National Recovery Month. It’s a time to raise awareness to reduce the stigma surrounding addiction and recovery and promote resources available to individuals and families.

You can now find Narcan and fentanyl test strips at the RiseUp Partnership office. They are free to anyone, no questions asked. Stop by the office to take advantage of these resources.
