We provide residential care and coordinate community resources according to the needs of the family. We serve primarily children from birth to six years old.

We provide safe care and support for children and families during times of crisis and overwhelming stress, helping families before challenges become emergencies.

Calling All Lawn Heroes!

Do you enjoy fresh air, helping your community, and pretending your lawn mower is a race car?

Pinwheel Place is looking for a few kindhearted volunteers to help keep our yard looking beautiful this summer! Just a few hours a month can make a HUGE difference for the children and families we serve.

Whether you love yard work or just want an excuse to be outside, we would love your help!

On June 6, Pinwheel Place invites you to Sip & Support: A Victorian Tea for a Modern Mission at the beautiful Mathis House in Toms River from 11 AM–1 PM.
Enjoy a five-course tea experience surrounded by community, conversation, and purpose all while supporting families facing crisis throughout New Jersey.

Pinwheel Place provides free emergency childcare and support services for families experiencing some of life’s hardest moments. Because of community support, parents facing medical emergencies, unsafe situations, or overwhelming hardship can find relief knowing their children are cared for in a safe, nurturing environment.

While she was here, something just as important was happening…
Her mom was able to be fully present at her brother’s school show. No rushing. No worrying. Just undivided attention, the kind every child deserves.
This is why we do what we do.

A huge THANK YOU to Saint John's Church of little silver for their incredible generosity!

Because of your kindness, Pinwheel Place received 8 beautiful Welcome Baskets filled with baby supplies for new parents, along with much-needed diapers for the families we serve.

These baskets are so much more than supplies they are a reminder to new parents that they are supported, cared for, and not alone on their journey. Your generosity will help bring comfort and relief to families during an important time in their lives.
