A few of our friends from Fulton Bank stopped by this week with a generous $20,000 donation. Fulton Bank and Fulton Mortgage Company continue to be incredible partners, sharing their time, resources, and commitment to strengthening our neighborhoods. Their ongoing support helps make homeownership opportunities possible for local families.
Thank you for helping us build a brighter future for our community!

A huge thank you to our friends from UGI Utilities, Inc. for volunteering at our North 11th Street job site! The team inside installed framing on the second floor, while the team outside tackled the long-abandoned yard. Neither was an easy job, but they handled everything like pros! 🫶🏠

Framing has begun on our two new builds on W. Buttonwood Street! We are so grateful for the ongoing support of our friends at Bethel Hill United Methodist Church, who organized another Help Build Hope event in order to construct the framing for these homes--as they did for several of the Miltimore Street homes. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a generous and hands-on community partner.

The last of our pollinator houses have been installed! We’re excited to share that Sinking Spring Public Library, Village Library of Morgantown, and Brandywine Community Library have received their pollinator houses, which are decorative and educational resources for library patrons of all ages.
Our most heartfelt thanks to Birdhouse Challenge Committee Member, Suzanne Cody, who initiated the Pollinator Series two years ago. Her creativity and dedication has launched a beautiful community project that will educate Berks County residents for years to come.
Many thanks to our friends at and FM Brown's Premium Food for Birds & Small Animals for generously donating pollinator houses to five of our local libraries. We’re so grateful for your support and commitment to our community.
