We were honored and humbled to receive the Community Partner Award from the extraordinary Tower Health Street Medicine Team. This group exemplifies compassion and dignity in every interaction. They embody equity by meeting people where they are. We are deeply grateful for this recognition and even more grateful to walk alongside them in this work.

In 2025 alone, volunteers contributed nearly 2,000 hours of service, providing care to more than 1,100 patients.

Their team rolled up their sleeves and helped us prepare over 400 lunches for individuals and families in our community who need a helping hand. This kind of dedication means the world to us — and to every person we serve. Together, we’re making our community stronger, one meal at a time. 🍽️❤️
