🌳 It's National Tree Check Month! 🌿

When was the last time you really looked at the trees around you? Whether it's the one in your yard or in your favorite park, this month is a great reminder to give them some extra attention.

Take a quick walk, enjoy some fresh air, and check for things like broken branches, drooping leaves, or signs that a tree might need a little care. Healthy trees make our neighborhoods cooler, cleaner, and more beautiful and they do so much for us every day.

Together, we can help keep our communities healthy, green, and growing for generations to come. 🌿

Nature called and it's checking on your wellness... 🌸🌎

It's National Wellness Month! Remember that taking care of yourself counts, even if it's something small. Go for a walk, drink an extra glass of water, spend time outside, stretch between tasks, or simply enjoy a few quiet moments in the fresh air. Nature is also an outlet to recharge. You might be surprised how much better you feel after a little sunshine, fresh air, or even walking underneath the trees!
