DALS, LLC is seeking reputable housing providers in Wake County and surrounding areas with current or upcoming availability.

We currently have multiple adults on our waiting list seeking safe and affordable housing placements. Providers must be willing to complete a basic vetting process, disclose all rent, deposits, and fees upfront, and keep applicant information confidential.

DALS will coordinate each referral until placement is confirmed. Applicant information may not be shared or forwarded to another provider without written permission.

Our goal is to help people secure stable housing. **DALS is not charging applicants or providers a referral fee at this time.**
