Two men... One mission...

Reggie Williams (healer, storyteller, author of A Marginalized Voice), and Carter Patterson (27-year program strategist, proud dad) are leading Thursday's conversation on who you were before the title"Dad" ever entered the picture.

This is no lecture, It's real talk. And before August 27, we're asking every father to get honest about two things:

1) your strengths and the opportunities they open up
2) your weaknesses, named without judgment, and the threats they quietly create when left unaddressed.

This isn't about airing anyone's business. But, when one man names a struggle out loud, it gives the next man permission to do the same.

This conversation isn't the finish line, it's the opening drive. The goal is a playbook you actually live by, one built on who you really are, so you can show up fully for yourself and your family.
