སྐུ་ཕུང་ཞུགས་འབུལ་གྱི་མཆོད་འབུལ་སྨོན་ལམ།
A Prayer Service in Honor of the Late Mr. Lhasang Tsering
ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༢༦ ཟླ་ ༦ ཚེས་ ༡༡ རེས་གཟའ་ཕུར་བུའི་ཉིན་རྒྱབ་ཚོུད་ ༢ དང་སྐར་མ་ ༢༢ ཐོག རྒྱལ་གཅེས་དཔའ་བོ་བོད་རང་བཙན་འཐབ་རྩོད་པ་རྒན་ལྷ་བཟང་ཚེ་རིང་མཆོག་སྐུ་ཚེའི་འཕེན་པ་རྫོགས་པར་མྱ་ངན་གུས་འདུད་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་དང་། དམ་པ་ཁོང་གི་བོད་བསྟན་སྲིད་མི་རིགས་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་སྐུ་ཚེ་ཧྲིལ་པོ་བློས་གཏོང་གནང་བའི་རླབས་ཆེན་གྱི་མཛད་རྗེས་ལ་བཀྲིན་ཆེ་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་མ་ཟད། སང་ཉིན་རེས་གཟའ་ཟླ་བའི་རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་སྔ་དྲོ་ཕྱག་ཚོད་ ༤ པ་དང་། འདི་ག་ནིའུ་ཡོག་གི་དེ་རིང་དགོང་དྲོ་ཕྱག་ཚོད་༦/༣༠ ཐོག་སྐུ་ཕུང་ཞུགས་འབུལ་གནང་གཏན་འཁེལ་བར་བརྟེན། ས་གནས་གཞོན་ནུའི་ངོས་ནས་སྐུ་ཕུང་ཞུགས་འབུལ་གྱི་དུས་ཚོད་དེར་མཆོད་འབུལ་སྨོན་ལམ་གསུང་རྒྱུ་ལགས་ན། འཐབ་གྲོགས་ལྷན་རྒྱས་ངེས་ཕེབས་ཡོང་བ་ཞུ།
དམ་པ་ཁོང་ཉིད་སླར་ཡང་བོད་གངས་ཅན་གྱི་ལྗོངས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བ་བཞེས་ཏེ། བོད་རང་བཙན་འཐབ་རྩོད་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་མཛད་རྗེས་རླབས་ཆེན་མཛད་མཁན་གྱི་སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་ཞིག་ཏུ་མྱུར་དུ་ཕེབས་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཞུ།
It is with profound sorrow as we all mourn that the Regional Tibetan Youth Congress of New York & New Jersey (RTYCNYNJ) joins Tibetans and supporters around the world in mourning the passing of Mr. Lhasang Tsering, a patriotic Tibetan freedom fighter, dedicated advocate for Tibetan independence, and lifelong servant of the Tibetan cause.
Throughout his life, Mr. Lhasang Tsering devoted himself wholeheartedly to the struggle for a free and independent Tibet. Through his courage, conviction, and unwavering commitment, he inspired generations of Tibetans to preserve their national identity and continue the pursuit of freedom and justice for Tibet. His legacy will remain a lasting source of inspiration for Tibetans and supporters of the Tibetan cause around the world.
As his cremation ceremony takes place in India on Monday at 4:00 AM (India Time), corresponding to Sunday, June 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM (New York Time), RTYCNYNJ will hold a Memorial Prayer Service to honor his life, express our gratitude for his contributions, and offer prayers for his peaceful journey.
We warmly invite members of the friends, families, supporters, and fellow activists to join us in paying our final respects and commemorating the life and legacy of this extraordinary son of Tibet.

The prayer service in New York will be held simultaneously with the cremation ceremony taking place in India.
