TNLH is dedicated to supporting the well-being of youth and families. TNLH has one of the largest Outpatient Therapy departments in Aroostook County.

We provide Targeted & Adult Case Management, Outpatient Therapy, HCT, Section 28 Direct Care, and a 24/7 emergency youth shelter: Safe Harbor Youth Shelter. With 12 certified therapists and friendly, experienced staff, we’re able to provide the best care for adults and children with mental and behavioral disabilities. TNLH is a nonprofit organization that provides mental health services for children and adults of all ages who have intellectual disabilities or mental health disorders. TNLH primarily serves families in Aroostook and Kennebec counties, but also serves populations across Maine through telehealth services.

When a complicated situation arises, one of the best things we can do is to change our mindset from “This is a problem” to “How can we get this resolved?”

Sometimes that means asking a question, getting clarification, or bringing a concern to someone who can help. Having a conversation is the best place to start.
