The Y Development team would like to thank you for choosing YMCA Camp Ingersoll this summer and for sharing your children with our YCI team. It has been a true privilege to watch them grow, explore, laugh, and build friendships under the care of our dedicated counselors.
Every day at camp is made possible by the incredible staff who pour their hearts into creating safe, joyful, and meaningful experiences for your children. We hope your family has felt the same sense of belonging and wonder that we strive to create for every camper.
As we reflect on this summer, we are reminded of something special we recently shared in our Campfire Across America video, a powerful reminder that no matter where we gather, campfires have always meant the same thing: connection, belonging, and hope. Around every fire, stories are told, friendships are formed, and memories are made that last far beyond the summer.
That spirit is at the heart of our Send a Kid to Camp campaign.
This year, we invite you to consider making a gift in honor of your child’s counselor, someone who has made a meaningful difference in your amper’s experience. Your support helps ensure that more children in our community can experience the same joy, confidence, and growth that camp provides. No amount is too small. Every gift helps open the door for another child to sit around the campfire, sing the songs, share the stories, and feel the sense of belonging that makes camp so special. We are close to reaching our goal of being able to raise $65,000. All of these funds are given directly to families in the form of scholarships or to support tiered pricing.
