These will be held once a month at 6pm at 520 Saybrook Rd in Middletown, CT. Stop by to speak with industry experts and learn ways to help your teen navigate the challenges they are are facing. The summer is a perfect time to reset and prepare for a new school year ahead! We hope you'll join us.

LGBTQ+ youth who feel connected, affirmed, and supported are more likely to experience positive mental health outcomes and seek help when needed. Creating safe spaces, encouraging open conversations, and showing support can make a meaningful difference. πŸ’™

Parents, take note! Middletown PAL is offering a FREE 4-day Job Prep Program for children aged 12-18.

This program will provide valuable training on resume creation, oral board interviews, networking, and building confidence.
