We are seeking your favorite recipe for Christmas....it can be for cookies, main dishes, beverages or more.....we will pick one entry to be featured in the December newsletter. Please bring your recipe to the Center Office by Friday, November 13th. We are excited to see all of your recipes!!!

A special meeting has been called by Mayor Ted Neitzke to meet with members of the Senior Center. Please plan to join us on Friday, 11/20 at 10:00am.

Please be sure to join us for the Holiday Fair On The Hill....invite others too. We have an amazing line-up of vendors this year!!
We are still looking for folks to contribute to the bake sale. We are seeking baked items (muffins, breads, pies, cookies, etc.) and in addition homemade canned goods (pickles, beets, jams and jelly, etc.). Items can be dropped off the day before (11/13) at the Center. We have over 20 themed gift baskets available to bid on for the silent auction. In addition, we have our wonderful handmade items from the Chicks With Sticks and ceramics groups.
Our Chili Cafe will have homemade chili, grilled cheese sandwiches and more.....
Save the date and be sure the stop over for a wonderful day of shopping and fun!!!

Our Fall Open House will take place on Thursday, October 29th from 12:30-2:30. If you know someone who would like to learn more about the programs and services available at the Center, please share this information with them...all are welcome to attend.
There will be tours, a raffle basket giveaway, refreshments, meet and greet with staff and members......and more.

Congratulations to the winners of the Stanley Laurel 9 ball tournament held on Friday, 10/22. A great time was had by all who participated! Thanks to Mark B for planning the tournament!

Our Lakeside Tea presentation on Wednesday, 10/21 featured Alyssa Jurgens from the W.J. Niederkorn Library. Even when you think you know all of the wonderful things the Library does….you learn more! Following the presentation members enjoyed Dutch Apple Pie and Apple Cinnamon Tea….yum!!

We have exciting news to share.....the ADRC Nutrition Program will return to 5 days a week dining at the Senior Center on Monday, 11/9/26. Thank you for your continued patience while they filled the Dining Coordinator position.
