Dairy farmers, consultants, and service providers are invited to attend field days focused on feeding high-oleic soybeans to dairy cattle. There will be multiple field days hosted across the state of Wisconsin. This event will feature a morning with expert presentations from University of Wisconsin Extension and Industry presenters, Q&A with dairy farmers and their advisors who are feeding high oleic soybeans, and lunch. Corn Silage Dry Down Days are Coming!
UW-Madison Extension, in partnership with forage councils and agribusinesses across Wisconsin, continues to offer corn silage dry down events to help growers target the optimum whole plant moisture for harvest in their region of the state.
Regional based location available in Fond du Lac.
Dates: August 26, September 2, September 9

Corn Silage Dry Down Days are coming!

UW-Madison Extension, in partnership with forage councils and agribusinesses across Wisconsin, continues to offer corn silage dry down events to help growers target the optimum whole plant moisture for harvest in their region of the state. In addition, educators are tracking metrics such as hybrid, relative maturity, fungicide and cover crop use and grain stage to inform future management recommendations that allow growers to optimize forage quality.

Time: 10am-noon
Location: Country Visions Cooperative, 457 W 11th Street, Fond du Lac
