The successful applicant will have high energy and a strong desire to be successful. The manager will develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects, focusing on small- to medium-size businesses. Duties will include sales calls, networking, client meetings, proposal creation, presentations and more.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing -- successful related work experience in a services industry may substitute for a degree. A minimum of three years of proven outside direct sales experience, ability to call on high-level decision makers with confidence, great communication skills, self-motivation, and demonstrated success working in a highly competitive environment are required. Knowledge of staffing verticals in healthcare, life sciences, finance, administration, manufacturing, call center and/or professional/IT is desired.

The position offers a competitive base salary and commission plan with minimum anticipated first-year earnings of $75,000-$85,000, comprehensive benefits package, reimbursement of business expenses and mileage, 401K and more.

EDU Healthcare is a therapist-owned, mission-driven organization that supports its staff throughout the school year. The compensation for this position is between $55-$67/hour.

The psychologist's duties include but are not limited to diagnosing and supporting students with mental health and behavioral needs, providing counseling services to students, developing support strategies including IEPs, conducting evaluations and providing input for special education eligibility and services, maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications include a master’s degree from a NASP-accredited program, active state-level licensure and/or certification (or ability to obtain prior to start), previous experience working in schools or with children, strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
