The slides below show you three structural pillars-but here's what makes this framework so powerful: the Founders didn't hide their reasoning. They documented it. They quoted Scripture. They built the Constitution deliberately on biblical principles, then left a paper trail so future generations could defend it with confidence.

As a teacher, parent, or church leader, you're already sensing that your students and congregation aren't getting the full picture in most classrooms. This carousel shows you why that gap exists-and more importantly, how to fill it.

The Constitution Course goes deeper into every one of these connections, walking you through primary sources, Founder letters, and the specific biblical reasoning behind each structure. When you understand the *why* behind separation of powers, limited government, and individual rights protections, you can teach it with authority. Your students will see the genius. Your congregation will understand what we're actually defending.

Be a Defender of Truth, Liberty, and God-Given Rights. Register for the course and equip the next generation with the truth they deserve.

They had just fought a revolution against an overreaching government—and now they were being asked to create a stronger one.

You can understand why some of the Founders said, “Hold on a second.”

In Part 2 of Fed vs. Anti-Fed | The American Argument, we examine the Anti-Federalists’ warning. They weren’t arguing that America didn’t need government. They were asking an essential question:

What keeps a stronger government from eventually becoming too powerful?

Their concerns helped secure the Bill of Rights and still challenge us today. When we give government more power now, what ensures that power will remain limited in the future?

Watch the video, then tell us in the comments: How much government power is too much?

We often teach the Constitution as settled doctrine-but the truth is far more dynamic. In 1787, Federalists and Anti-Federalists clashed over a fundamental question: Would federal power act directly on individual citizens, or would states remain sovereign barriers to centralized control?

The Federalists (Hamilton, Madison, Jay) argued a strong national government was necessary. The Anti-Federalists (Brutus, Patrick Henry, others) warned it would swallow individual liberty and state authority.

They were so divided that ratification nearly failed. New York, Virginia, and Massachusetts approved by razor-thin margins-only because the Federalists promised a Bill of Rights. In 1791, that promise became law: ten amendments that declared what the federal government could NOT do.

This wasn't abstract philosophy. It was a structural battle that shaped every protection your students and families inherit today. Citizen vigilance-not government goodwill-secured those liberties.

When we teach this history accurately, we equip the next generation to understand why constitutional limits matter and why their voice in defending them does too.

The Federalist and Anti-Federalist debate was one of the most important political conflicts in early American history.

After the weaknesses of the Articles of Confederation became increasingly apparent, Americans faced a fundamental question: should the United States create a stronger national government, or should political power remain primarily with the states?
