Behind every child who discovers a new talent, learns a new skill, builds confidence, or begins to imagine a different future, there are people who helped make that opportunity possible.
At THE BEACON, we believe every child deserves the chance to explore, learn, create, and discover what they're capable of. But creating those opportunities takes a community.
**We're looking for people who want to make a difference.
Whether you have a few hours to give, a skill to share, or a passion for helping children succeed, there's a place for you here.
We're currently looking for volunteers to help with:
Administrative Support: Help with organization, projects, communications, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps us moving.
Center Support: Help create a welcoming, safe, and encouraging environment for children and families.
Teaching Assistants: Work alongside instructors and help children explore activities, complete projects, and build new skills.
Skills & Special Talents: Are you handy with tools, creative, tech-savvy, a science enthusiast, an artist, an entrepreneur, or someone with a skill a child would love to learn? We'd love to hear from you!
WE'RE ALSO LOOKING FOR BOARD MEMBERS.
We're seeking community-minded individuals who believe in our mission and want to help guide the growth and future of Voices for Children OTC and THE BEACON.
You don't have to change the world all by yourself. Sometimes changing one child's world is where it begins.
