ACT Through Music Striving to raise awareness & prevent su***de In addition to mental health kits, ACT Through Music established an annual scholarship for high school students.

ACT Through Music Inc was formed for the charitable purpose of helping to raise awareness and prevent su***de in children ages 12-18 years. We're a 501c3 non profit organization that provides online & print materials, distributes "ACT Kits" to local schools, & important information on phone numbers to call/text when in crisis. These unique "ACT Kits" for children 12-18 include stress balls, journa

ls/pens, worry stones, & words of encouragement that focus on mental health. On a wider scale ACT Through Music helps bring comfort to families who have lost loved ones by sharing their stories & keeping the memories of their loved ones alive. Additionally ACT Through Music will provide financial assistance to families after the loss of a loved one.

This month, we’re sending love and support to those who are struggling, those who have survived an attempt, those grieving someone they’ve lost, and the friends and families standing beside someone they love.

We’re also thinking of those who are hurting quietly—the ones who are afraid to speak up or feel like they have nowhere to turn.

Your story matters. Your presence matters. You deserve to be heard, supported, and reminded that you don’t have to carry everything alone.
