Long before digital communication became central to children’s daily lives, the program emphasized presence, listening, and authentic human interaction as essential components of social and emotional development.

The more we worry about something, the more hold it has over us and the scarier it seems. When we confront our fears together, like when we work through our Manadoob Program, we see that they maybe weren’t so scary after all. Sometimes, our friends even have the same fears as us! The Manadoob teach us that everyone worries, but that doesn’t mean you have to let the worries take over. 😊
