Union Steward Training Level 1
You are invited to join the Costa y Valles Field Office for our upcoming Union Steward Training (UST) Level 1 to be held virtually on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Note that the Zoom meeting will be open at 8:30 a.m. the day of the training to give you a chance to test your audio and video.

Training Description: The purpose of the CSEA Union Steward Certification Program is to provide an ongoing, comprehensive program that includes training and practical experience in order to develop the skills of Union Stewards. There are three (3) levels of training for members - Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3; and Level 4 training for stewards who are graduates of the Union Steward program. Participants must be active members in good standing in their chapter in order to participate. If you are not already a member, click here to join!

The registration deadline is Friday, September 17th, 12:00 p.m.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the training. Please do not forward the Zoom link to others. Please make sure you have received the confirmation by Friday, September 17th, 12:00 p.m., as the office is not open on Saturdays.
Union Steward Training Levels 2 and 3
Mark your calendars! UST Level 2 will be held on Saturday, October 16th and UST Level 3 will be held on Saturday, November 13th, both virtually.

Debido al virus Corona (COVID-19) y tomando mucha precaución de nuestra parte para garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestros miembros, y de nuestra comunidad. El Capítulo 273 de Hueneme está cancelando todos los eventos, incluyendo las próximas reuniones del capítulo, el evento de Donación de Sangre en Parkview Elementary y el evento del Programa de Unidad de Miembros (MUP).

Dear CSEA member,

Out of an abundance of caution and to do our part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and the community due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The Hueneme Chapter 273 is canceling all events, including upcoming Chapter Meetings, The Blood Drive at Parkview Elementary and the Member Unity Program (MUP) Event.

This update is effective as of today, March 13th, and will remain in effect indefinitely. We will update you with any future changes.
