Hi friends,

I am so excited to introduce something new at The Local Method this summer…

🩰 Summer Dance Club 🩰

A playful introduction to movement, music, imagination, and beginner ballet-inspired dance for little movers ages 3–5.

Designed for children who love to twirl, jump, stretch, and express themselves through movement in a warm, encouraging environment.

This special summer session will be taught by a talented local ballerina, bringing a love of dance and a gentle, encouraging approach to every class.

Details:
• Tuesdays | 5:30–6:15 PM
• June 23 – July 28
• Ages 3–5
• 6-week session
• $120

Our goal is to help little dancers build confidence, creativity, coordination, and a love for movement while having fun and making friends.

Whether your child is trying dance for the first time or already loves to twirl around the living room, Summer Dance Club is the perfect introduction.

This month I wanted to highlight Madison 🎉 or should I say Doctor Madison. 🤍 As a mom, doctor, and someone constantly balancing a full schedule, she still makes time to show up for herself and this community whenever she can. We’re so proud to have her at TLM. ✨

“I came to The Local Method because I wanted to invest more in my health. My sister-in-law and I tried it when the studio first opened, and I’m so thankful we did! What started as once a week quickly became 2–3 times a week and truly changed my life. I’m so grateful for the connections and community TLM has brought me.

I was so nervous for my first class and worried I wouldn’t make it through, but all of that disappeared once I walked in. Logan truly meets you where you are and supports your growth from there. The studio is such a positive, uplifting space, and now I walk into class feeling confident and ready for the challenge.

I feel stronger in every way — especially in everyday life with my kids, carrying things, and even cleaning up around the house. I’ve noticed such a difference in my functional strength. The classes have also helped me grow mentally stronger and reminded me that I can do hard things.

Just do it — you’ll never regret investing in yourself. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more fulfilled, and surrounded by an incredible group of women.❤️
