Calleva understands the value of an Internship; however, we want to make sure YOU understand that there is BIG value in working as a Head Counselor or Instructor at Summer Camp.

What separates a candidate in the workforce is often soft skills. Time and time again, an applicant looks good on paper, with all of the shiny measurable skills an employer looks for on a resume. As a Summer Camp employee you learn those unmeasurable skills, communication, teamwork, critical thinking and troubleshooting, leadership, mentoring, open- mindedness, patience, positivity, conflict resolution, mediation, empathy.....the list is endless.
