Happy ! Have you heard about Huron Corridor Main Street?

Main Street is a nationwide initiative to help downtowns and commercial corridors thrive. It is part historical preservation, part economic development, and completely community focused.

The Huron Corridor program is about supporting the businesses along M59 between Telegraph and Downtown, encouraging them and investing in their success. To learn more, reach out to Louis Romska at [email protected].

Happy Mothers Day!

Apologies if you heard our alarm going off at 11:15 this morning. The water pressure changes from the Lake Orion main break made our water pressure drop in the building and set off our backflow alarm.

That’s the only alarm that no one can turn off remotely, so we had to sit and wait for an inspector from the alarm company to come inspect and reset it.

Sorry for any inconvenience!

Happy ! This week is Micah 6 Community!

Did you know that Micah 6 Community spent its first fifteen years without an office, and instead all worked around a dining room table. Moving to Webster meant they had their very own office for the first time.

Here, you’ll find our neighbor care coordinators who are eagerly connecting folks to resources. You’ll find Louis plugging away on our housing initiatives. You’ll find Coleman doing whatever he does here.

Come in and see the team anytime. They are in the room with the skylights!

Happy ! This week we are celebrating Kirk in the Hills!

Kirk has been a great partner of Webster, Micah 6 Community, and so many other tenants in the building as well! Oftentimes, if there is something good happening in the community, Kirk is there supporting.

We are excited to have them in the building, sharing space with us, and supporting the great work and organizations in the building. Stop by and say hello!

This is a real Peach!

Webster Community Market is the next version of Sprout Fresh Food Store, which operated a few blocks away since 2017. Where Sprout was just produce, WCM is so much more including basic meats, dairy, shelf stable goods, locally made products, and food from upstart entrepreneurs.

I know we are also looking forward to hosting classes, food education, farmer meet-and-greets and more.

Stay tuned to their page for updates on timelines, requests for input, and fun events!
